the weather report I saw said rain for at least two of the days. I reckon it'll be a good mixture, a bit like 2006. -
The Countdown Thread 2008!!!
I finished work, got home, started drinking, finished sewing a new Morbid Angel patch on my jacket, and I'm looking forward to leaving tomorrow :D Got to buy a few little bits and pieces then it's time to hit the road and drink some more. See you in about 36 hours! -

Beer kegs?
I bought a Becks one last year, but they aren't great. They go flat really quickly. You have to drink it dry in one sitting...no point saving it. -
Fleas & Ticks?!?
To remove a tick, DO NOT just pull it out with tweezers! The head buries under the skin and you'll just pull the body off leaving the head in your leg which will then get infected etc. You should apply heat to it first (such as a hot match head, blow it out first) which should make it let... -
Vegetarian food at Wacken?
You can get pasta with a tomato sauce too. Good for breakfast I find :) -

I don't see why not... you'd have to ask some kind of US or Mexican official about the need for Visas and passport requirements I suppose. -

I know exactly what you mean ;-) We usually drive from the UK, so leave Bristol on Tuesday at around 12, drive to London to pick up more people, then we drive to Dover and get a 0000 ferry to Calais or Dunkerque (whichever is cheapest that year) and then drive through the night. Get to Wacken... -

I think it's fairly easy not to spend much if you don't go overboard on buying merch. The metal market has lots of tempting things... particularly the actual tent you have to pay to enter (You pay once get a wristband for unlimited entry) but often I haven't found much I've really wanted, so... -
Wacken forecast?
Weather.com's 10 day forcast says cloudy with showers, 80 - 30% chance of rain, and on Sat slightly cloudy with 0% chance of rain. I don't think it'll be as bad as 2005, but I don't think it'l be as good as last year. And last year it rained heavily one moment and was really hot and sunny the... -

I think you should use your common sense! :) Does it look big and professional? I think the smaller, and more digital looking it is, the less likely they are likely to mind!
