Damit sind vom Luxusproblem 5 Konzerte zur Auswahl am 01.04. alle abgesagt.

So ein Mist.. Eben überlegt da auch hinzugehen am Sonntag.. dann halt nicht. Es nervt nur noch

Geil, hatte Freitag gerade mein Ticket für Hamburg bestellt.

Hatten die denn Sitzplätze im Innenraum ? So halten die aktuell noch die Einschränkungen inder Kapazität aus (indoor) .Für kleine Clubs aber unwirtschaftlich.

Ja, da war alles bestuhlt. Trotzdem macht es keinen Sinn so kleine Konzerte abzusagen. Wie Alkrocker schon sagt:

Problem ist ganz einfach, dass keiner mehr Tickets kauft, mich eingeschlossen. Es ist einfach alles so unsicher und bei einer Absage/Verschiebung mit Kosten und Stress verbunden.
Ich will gerade 6 Tickets kaufen, warte aber den 02.04. ab und selbst dann kann ich mir nicht sicher sein, dass die Konzerte stattfinden. Ich hoffe das ist bald alles vorüber.

Japp, so geht es mir auch, kaufe auch kaum noch Tickets.
Vlt ist ja auch das hier das Problem, das nur wenig Tickets verkauft wurden. Die Absage kann der Veranstalter ja aktuell immer schön auf Corona schieben.

Da reicht es auch wenn die Halle nur zur Hälfte gefüllt ist.

SORCERER + PORTRAIT Lamenting to None Tour 2022 is cancelled

PORTRAIT’s comment:

“Our shows with Sorcerer scheduled for this week have unfortunately been cancelled. We are very sorry about this, and we will do our best to do club shows in Germany and Belgium some other time soon. We were so much looking forward to these gigs, and this cancellation at such a late point is totally devastating to us.

What happened was that, despite Germany lifting restrictions nationally on March 20th, the different states still have certain “options” at hand if they feel the need to regulate activities such as live music shows. In one area the authorities deemed it necessary to do so by making mask wearing mandatory for the audiences at club shows (in addition to showing a certificate of vaccination/recovery and negative test at the entrance – “safety measures” that apparently were not enough in themselves…)

Because of this, the owners of the venue (not the promoter) decided to cancel the show as they feared that people would not show up because masks were required.

A short tour like this is vulnerable budget wise and to loose one show out of four was unfortunately enough to force the whole project to be cancelled. We did all we could to find a replacement show on short notice, but we had no luck doing so in reasonable time.

We hope that everyone understands that this is totally beyond our control. We also know that this probably isn’t the first time you have received news like this lately, and unfortunately it is probably not the last time either.

Thanks to Sorcerer, the local promoters and Daniel, Marit and Birte of Dragon Productions for doing all you could for good things to happen in this insane world. We sincerely hope we can do this some other time instead.

Naja iss halt Corona, da kaufen nicht viele Tickets so weit im voraus. Iss datt Festival immer Pfingsten? Da iss ja auch immer in NRW das Rock Hard Festival.
