It was at my school's bookstore, which has snacks and such too. I got some Ritter and Milka last time I stopped by.It was at my school's bookstore, which has snacks and such too. I got some Ritter and Milka last time I stopped by.
It must have fallen off my key ring at some point in/around the gym or car park. Someone found it and returned it to the gym reception. They handed it back to me this morning when I had an assessment done by one of the PT's there
Now to find my new Nina Hagen CDs...
I don't exactly feel it yet, but I think I'll be really sore tomorrow![]()
what did you do?
I figured since I've been using the same equipment at the gym since I started, I'd better get some help with either progressing further or just how to use other machines properly if the one I want is taken. So, I booked myself in to see one of the trainers about it. He asked if I just wanted to see how to use the equipment or if I wanted to have a go at training, so I said training (I missed going to the gym yesterday, and I went to all that effort to do the 25 minute walk there). I booked myself in to see him again tomorrow morning, and there we'll work on a diet plan and work on other body parts (we did back, arms and chest today).

Cool
I'm really glad with my trainer, without him (or his entire team actually) I wouldn't have a clue what to do![]()
At worst I'd cause myself an injury for sure.Yeah same. Gosh if I didn't ask for help, at best I'd be like those annoying girls/ladies at the gym who walk really slow on a treadmill (whilst holding on for dear life) for a whole 20 minutes at a time expecting resultsAt worst I'd cause myself an injury for sure.
