So Eindhoven metal meeting will have an extra day this year, announced as followed:
Eindhoven Metal Meeting will last for three days instead of two as we will have a Heavy Metal / Thrash party on Thursday evening on our main stage.
They also announced that there will be one big name that night, so now we're speculating which band it'll be.

Well this is crap.
I got my test back and it's WAY lower than I expected it to be. Why? I didn't do a certain part I didn't think I had to because it wasn't in the instructions. And that was on like half the questions.
I'm going to talk to the teacher about that and see if I can't get some of those points back. Because it's ridiculous to take points off for something that wasn't asked.

I didn't skip it, it just wasn't necessary. It was equivalent to pointing out the obvious.

this was a maths test, right? i don't know much about what you're doing, but I've got a degree in maths, and the one thing they told me for every exam was "write everything you can, cause it might not be clear to the examiner that it is obvious to you".

It was statistics so yea.
It wasn't exactly that but yea I know what you mean. I always try to show my work in the most idiot-proof way possible but this wasn't part of the actual mathy part.
