apparently my manager and I communicated something that we weren't suposed to.
my manager is now talking about it with his manager. we'll see what happens.

Some good news: finally got a hold of a manager and they said they'd fix my schedule for next week.

Also I found out yesterday that the store manager's been replaced. With any luck, he'll be halfway decent. And bonus - I heard they're considering firing that one coworker who's nice but really lazy.
