Yep! stick shift = standard. We need to rent the car in a little village so probably we will not get an automatic thus I have to drive I don't mind..my boyfriend is a typical Quebec driver = He's fucking CRAZY and way TOO aggressive in the car.

Some police forces aren't that friendly to foreigners when it comes to fines. (cause most can't be cashed in, that's why, so if you're stopped, you pay immediately, or the car is confiscated, and the drivers' licence. (don't know if they are allowed to do so with a Canadian one though)
