They don't think for themselves now! You can go to the grocery stores here and the 20 something cashiers can't even count change.. Heaven forbid if you give them anything after they enter he numbers..I wait and then say "Oh I have some change" just to get a laugh

Since my department has our own registers, I check people out too - and I always keep an eye on them to see if they're going to give me anything else. But even if they do give me something after I enter in the numbers, I have a brain so I can figure it out.

Only time I have issues with change is when I get caught up in a conversation with them or have twelve people asking me questions or something and I forget. Eh well, no one's perfect.

I do this all the time. I hate change!
