I quit smoking for about 2 years. And then my personal life was such a mess so I started again. Silly me.

I quit once for about 8 months, but I didn't really quit smoking. I just quit EVERYTHING, smoking, drinking, parties..any situation where I would normally smoke. So of course as soon as I was 'free' I started again LOL.

This time I just cut back because I was staying with my mom for a while and her house was non smoking so I would have to go outside. My room was in the basement so going outside was a real pain in the ass - so I just naturally smoked less. Eventually I started going to the gym and working out so I would smoke even less. Eventually I was smoking maybe 2 a day and didn't see a point anymore so i just stopped.

Well, since my house is over 100 years old, the walls are thin, but mostly poreus(?), meaning if I were to smoke inside, it'll smell all over the place, including bedrooms. So if I smoke, I'll go outside. Rain or shine, I don't care.

That's what I need to do aswell... just keep smoking less and less until it's just silly not to stop.

You would care more in Canada when its -35C and you have to dress in a parka to go stand outside and freeze your ass off :p

I don't know.

I could easilly walk in a T-shirt when I visited Rochester (NY, USA) in December, even though I only had 2 snow free days!
Meaning, the cold in Canada is different then the cold in Belgium.

Nonetheless, it's freezing cold, but that won't stop me.
OH WELL IN THAT CASE!! 1000!!
LOL

Congratulations! Félicitations !
