We are doing 2 1/2 weeks total. Starting in France because it is much cheaper to fly into Paris than anywhere else in Europe. We are planning to go see a few of the war sites..Dieppe, Normandy etc.., also to Versailles and Chartres because I missed them last time I was in France. From there we will go to Stuttgart and then take the Metal Train from there to Wacken - we wanted to go the whole way to have the full experience. When we are done we will go to Brussels for a day or 2 and fly out from there because it is the cheapest place to fly OUT of Europe. So far the only thing I have booked is the room in Stuttgart because I don't want to be stuck without one.

PTC I went to both stores listed under Brussels on Metal Travel Guide. I would especially recommend Elektrocution. It might look small but it's packed with all kinds of weird and wonderful music and for so cheap too! I had to sit down just to go through everything! Unfortunately for me the shopkeeper only spoke French but we got by alright

Also take Quark up on his offer, he was a huge help when I went to Brussels
