And... I'll be there to pick you up in Charleroi, so... no French needed. (I'll handle that part) and in Brussels, no Dutch / French needed, everyone speaks English. (tourist + EU area)
And in Dessel (Graspop) everyone speaks English as well. People come from everywhere. Even outside NL, FR, LU and DE. So....
