I was trying to open a letter so she wanted to give the knife to me for opening it. But she was too lazy to get up and she's really bad at aiming so she sorta threw it right at me

My professors usually walk behind us. They're strict with it here. Most people can't separate from their precious electronics for 10 minutes. I had one professor go as far as taking them as we walked in for class.

Some of mine are, some aren't. Most are only concerned with texting or web surfing though, checking the time will only get you in trouble if the teacher catches you with it during a major test.

One of my teachers threatened that, after a first warning, if anyone was caught using a phone, they'd have to get up in front of the class and give an impromptu speech about why they believe they're the exception to the rule. Never saw it though unfortunately.

Like I said, if I ever teach I'm getting one of those things that blocks all signals from the class room, or at least buzzes until they all go off. Lately I'm thinking it'll be the latter option. You have no idea how the fact that people are as addicted to them as they are aggravates me.
