of course it's easy to change your job to one you haven't been trained for/any experience in, especially during a recession! Also those people generally don't have unions, so if they complain about their pay, they're fired...
Meinst du mit Unions Gewerkschaften? Aber was ist dann mit den deutschen? Die Münchner Streiken nun die 5. Woche!!
I hate these strikes. It's not fair....I'm paying my fucking ticket since years every month. That's why I want trains in time and so on. They should go to hell with the fucking strikes. If they aren't happy with the payment they should change the job....simple answer. There are a lots of other ppl in the world, which one getting less payment.

STOP! Hammertime!
JEDES JAHR!!I don't really understand your argument here. You seemed annoyed that the ticket prices will rise, despite your having paid the same for the last 6 years, to say of nothing of the change in economy the last 6 years.
Also, now I'm not gonna say unions aren't corrupt, but companies are just as corrupt, and hell, it's the company that makes the customers pay for all this, usually to make the union lose favor with the public. Because goshdarnit we'd have the trains on time if weren't for these lazy employees that may or may not be overworked/underpaid.
Anyway, I don't really want to get into the particulars of a strike I know nothing about.
My objection was the "they should get another job" argument. It falls flat really fast and is ultimately the same argument as "You don't like something about this country? Well you should fucking leave!".
Why the hell would you go from NL to London via France? A plane from Amsterdam would have been way easier?
