customers are frustrating sometimes...
some lady paid a bill and then wanted to know about some special kind of prepaid phone... which I don't know much about except how to put minutes on them...
everyone else is busy sooo I'm doing my best to answer her questions myself
she very kindly tells me "oh you don't know anything..."
