Knobibrot is bread with garlick sauce (sauce à l'ail)
And you can add cheese to it if you want to, I don't.
Fish is good too, though fucking expensive.

I once had a hot dog in London. I was pretty disappointed because that basily was a sausage in a bun. In Germany a "hot dog" implies that there are also three sauces, pickles and roasted onions on it

you must know that i searched (and im still searching) for that roasted onions since 3 years (when i've been in wacken ).. never found them in italy..

i would want to buy some kg to bring with me in italy
