which I think is stupid in the first place
like I figure the police can give out tickets to anyone they see speeding...
if they're outside their area and aren't following someone, but just aren't in the spot they're supposed to be... that's their problem with following the police rules or whatever, but otherwise a ticket's a ticket imo, doesn't matter where you are or where stupid boundary lines are drawn
