well I mean using the right shampoos/soaps. And I actually know a really anti-allergic way to wash clothes. In case you're sensitive on the washing powder

Well I know e.g. that you can wash you clothes with 'washnuts'. It's all natural so it doesn't attack the skin wearing clothes washed with that. It's nuts that naturally set a soap-like secretion apart when they come in contact with hot water. They're really good. Also there's natural soaps that you can also wash your hair with. No chemics whatsoever. I can just recomment it.

ah ok... well maybe you too. My mum had this with her skin. She also had dry and wet spots, always itching. Dunno if she's really allergic on that chemic stuff but she's definatly really sensitive on it.
