Oh i get used to it. I have to speak English on my job a lot. Imagine a german tech-support-callcenter-dude trying to tell a chinese guy he's not responsible for his Laptop not getting into a mexican network. At seven in the morning. Before coffee. THAN you know what language barriers are about.yay

Even more fun is getting people form India spelling their names in english. Listen carefully - write it down - and after about sixteen minutes you get a name consisting of at least 78 letters looking like "Varamaphaattamahaghathi" and your computer says "INVALID".ah sounds like fun...![]()

Yup. In my company, people doing the tech-support-hotline are considered to be somehow "special". I'd love to say we're just normal people doing their job, but that's definitely NOT true. My team consists of five people which I love and hate at the same time. We're special.
I guess that's at least amusing, once you get past the frustration...![]()
