where i live at they have signs like that on the boardwalk by the beach and such, there is a "no swearing" law there, and these signs are pretty much a mock of that law they have. and what is funny about it too is there are a bunch of bars by the beach, and everybody swears when they are drunk, so everybody gets a ticket for swearing

Anyway, I thought the reason they added mods to the forum was because of all the spam and not about offensive avatars and banning people. As far as I know there is still no list of rules for this forum nor bannable offenses.

No. The MODS can't ban, but they can communicate to the admins. (not that this will happen, but hell, we have the same possibility)

And if I am correct, there is such a rule, at the VERY beginning as you registered. (And since my last registration dates from less than a year.......)
