You're such a perfectionist, that you are afraid to make mistakes.
Now, the fact of being a perfectionist itself isn't wrong. But...when it "blocks" you in doing what you want to do (or saying what you want to say) then it can be a problem.
But don't worry about that! You learn from your mistakes. ;]
