these guys where filming a sort of samurai home movie in a parking garage in Scheveningen.
2 cops, who just happened to pass by hear the sounds of metal clashing on to eachother and went in.
They found 2 guys, dressed in samurai robes fighting eachother.
when they walked closer they saw that a 3rd guy was filming the entire thing and the learned that is was pure for amusement

the guys got taken to the police station where the left after a warning and having to hand in the swords and the video tape.
