after them talking us through doing the same things over and over, we ended up having to send it in to get it replaced

but we were messing with them

like, we were installing the software, and my dad was like, well it says 1.5 hours to go... and she was like, well I can't wait that long, and then he was like, just kidding, it only says 8 minutes

and then when we were done and she was all, have a nice day, we just sat there and didn't say anything... she didn't hang up... then she was like, are you still there? ...have a nice day

me and my dad had to put the speaker on mute sooo she couldn't hear us laughing for like two minutes straight

we could barely breathe... it was great

...in other news, internet isn't helping much in me finding an English-speaking university in Germany

though I have found plenty that say you have to pass some literacy test

maybe I'll just end up in UK or something
