'ganz' and 'wohl' are often used as flavoring particles so sometimes they don't have any 'exact' meaning which is why its hard to say if its right or wrong. best bet is just to say 'ich bin nicht sicher'

And, yea, almost.. it's more Dutch though. Gramatically correct, but the use isn't common in German. You say "I shall" in Dutch more. In German it would normally rather be "I will" (Ich werde da sein)

Unless I got the sentence wrong that is...
