yeah, I was the first in a month to discover we are looking at the wrong mac adress

they tried everything, opened a service request, send mechanics etc, and all the time there was a problem with his mac adress

and I was resetting his line several times, so the person úsing the internet had a pretty instable connection :')

I imagine somebody on the internet, who keeps loosing his signal for 15 seconds and thinking: "wtf is going on"
