I'm kind of lucky as far as health goes... no allergies, rarely get sick [and if I do, it's like a minor cold], and no cancer or anything else that runs in the family. :]
hopefully that'll hold up as I age, though.

well, I got the allergics, the asthma, the allergic on my asthma medicine, inherited danger of obesity and of diabetes... but I always think others have it way worse...

usually I don't worry about it though.

I am gonna start with thinking positive about myself by writing down 1 good thing about me every day!

I made a word document, put that on my desktop, and a note saying I have to right down something positive every day on the desktop side bar

and a friend to me, that every time I look in the mirror I should tell myself that I love myself
