i would say yes.
No moving parts in it . So you can drop it and run with it, and it wont freeze or break. Cool.

nice, I might have to look into that... need a new mp3 myself.
right now I have a 2GB, which is full atm and I had to delete some stuff I didn't want to
plus it's slightly broken, I can't use the playlist or search for music.
