so it gas/petrol - apparently its dirt cheap, but its the govt tax that makes it soo expensive,
on BBCs Top Gear (i watch a lot of tv ) they said water is more expensive than gas/petrol. it was something like 12p a litre (for petrol)...then add the tax

WoW that is bad. Our petrol is $4.21 and up per US gallon here.
