my friend who lives two towns over but will not attend this year said it takes him 7-8 hours to drive to WOA.

well, the only time I drove myself I spent 2-3hours in a stau with about 5 km left for WOA
then at least 1 more hour because of, and ONLY, because of the full metal bag.
but if he means "normal" getting to WOA in that time, I guess I have the wrong address otr something

though the map shows to start from Trier close to Luxembourg and ends in Wacken just close to Itzehoe, should be correct

well maybe my friend drives slowly or takes many rest stops, maybe stops to eat.

then again, it might be considering a car driving at a certain speed, with that nigtliner I guess you won't be going 140 km/h

could be. Sometimes they tell you to go the wrong way down a one way street, stuff like that.
