my friend wants to go to Wacken, he's 16 and his parents are worried about it, could you tell me how many arrests were there last year for violence or was there much bother at all?

the W:O:A security and the german police officers told, that the W:O:A is one of the coolest festivals! There was no arrest last year so don´t worry about that!! The W:O:A is very very peaceful!
