If you have something to do with Metaltix, please, tell them that they are a bunch of incompetents.
I haven't received the x-mas Package I ordered in October, and I've lost all hope, because they haven't taken any money out from my bank account and my credit card expired yesterday.
I also sent them an e-mail some weeks after my order, telling them "hey, I haven't received any x-mas package and you haven't taken the money out from my bank account, when will you do it?", but I didn't get any reply from them.
So thank them for making me feel as an idiot (the only guy of the forum who hasn't received the x-mas package he ordered..... or at least the only one who complains about it
).
