Um how do i put a picture up on my username ?

Go to benutzer KM (why is it in German?) it's the most left button of that row buttons in this window.
-->Edit profile I think (third button)
And there you can change or get an avatar (picture) You can save one from your hard disk. But it has to be small enough (if it's to big, be creative with some drawing programs or something)
You probably still don't get it but try it with this first

 

Go to "USER CP" or "BENUTZER KM", and search one option which says something about an "AVATAR". Then search a pic of 50x50 pixels (of no more of 2kB, I think) and upload it. It's easy, even I could manage to do it

Don't you have "Paint" in your Windows? It's the worst drawing program, but it's easy to use
