Our storm looks to finally be ending-after ten days. Of course for those 22 thousand without power it will still be a while.

Now people are being 'attacked' in their cars by several dozen pound blocks of ice-falling from businesses as they are parked at them, drivethrough awnings as they drive through and even from highway lane signs as they drive on the highways. Only one so far was injured-slightly-but the cars got tons of damage.

You guys be safe during your snows coming up, and stay warm.

Snow in eneral won't do us much harm, as there are normaly no snow storms around here.

But that may change now. We had a strange autumn and winter this (and last) year.

They are not predicting for every goddamn place and street. It just said, chance of some snow.
And then again it is arround freezing temp here.

Lots of snow in Sweden, went from nothing to lots in one day only.

Luckily my train didn't suffer from delays.

One of my old college friends had a theory-80% chance of snow simply means 80% of the world will have snow that day while 20% does not, not that there is an 80% chance out of 100 that YOU will get snow.

The weather focasters here are doing their "sky is falling " dance.They're saying a storm of some sort will hit the Mid Atlantic by Tues.They don't know where the rain/snow line is yet.I can hear the supermarkets crowding up now.
