I don't don't know which festival you attended to, but i recall lots of crowdsurfing and "on the shoulders" in 2010. Maybe you went to the 2010 Itzehoe-Ponyhof-Open-Air.

Crowdsurfing was and is never a topic. Complain about real things. And read the damn Festival ABC.
