Hi. I entered my Wacken ticket in the Metaltix exchange service in february, after I had learned that I wouldn´t able to go this year. The ticket was passing into the step 2 a few weeks later, but with no message to my mail. I had checked the status in the web and I was so surprised with the poor service of this system. But that got worse. I had sended the ticket to the right address, just like step 2 in Metaltix web says, in the 11th of March. My document reached Germany and that Metaltix town in the 18th of March. Since that date, the postal service (deustche post) tried to deliver my shipping a lot of times, first of all in the 20th of March. I´ve sended two mails to Metaltix, with no response. It´s sad to say, but it´s not serious guys, it´s not fucking professional. From the last try of them, my ticket was in the post office until this monday. With Deustche Post telling me that they are returning to me the document. WTF? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? I´m spanish, the service for sending the ticket costs me a lot of money. It´s not a fucking joke, it´s not funny, ok? I´m going to the European Consumer Centre if you can´t get me a real solution. I´m not paying anymore for sending it. And you must know I´m probably paying for this resending when it comes to my city. You obey me to sell my Wacken entrance using that web, then get me a human service and not this subhuman shit.
