This will be the first time I am planning on going to Wacken, so I don't know in and outs, especially with the new system. I know that it will sell out quickly, so I want to get a ticket now, but just in case I can't go, how certain am I of getting my money back? And also, do I have to find a buyer first or can I send it to metal tix and they will put it up for sale again and somebody can just buy it?
I'd like to be pretty certain of the ability to get a refund in case I can't go, but this is not very clear to me.
