Finaly, the GMM organization has done their job. So far, 3 bands have officially been confirmed by Graspsp. Guns N' Roses, Motörhead and Whitesnake will play the festival in Dessel on 23, 24 & 25-6-2006.

God, no. It was merely a comment on their habit of not showing up for gigs and/or tours.

This is pretty common in hip-hop, I read recently in an article, and for the fans, the joy of reading that their favourite artist is coming their way to play is often immediately overshadowed by the realisation that it's probably going to get cancelled anyway. One concert arranger said he could take a quick look at the itinerary and tell right away whether it would surely be cancelled - if the Swedish date was directly following Amsterdam, it was no idea to even try.
