Part 1:

A poll about what the WOA tickets should be like in the future.

Version A: The ticket already includes everything else (which is camping, parking, a garbage fee, the Full Metal Bag [with contents different to those of 2006] and a ticket insurance if you can't come to Wacken in the end because you get ill or somebody dies]. The basic services such as being allowed to camp next to your car and free entrance to the Wacken swimming pool will stay the same.

Consequences: Less traffic jams from the cars entering the campgrounds as everything would work more quickly.

Version B: The ticket itself only includes the basic services. Everything else (camping fee incl. Full Metal Bag, parking fee and garbage deposit) has to be paid when arriving in Wacken.

Consequences: Probably you'd have to pay only what you really need - so if you come by train etc. you don't have to pay the parking fee.

The poll is to be found at http://forum.wacken.com/showthread.php?t=128829 .

Part 2:

Re-location of Partystage and WET-Stage?

They are planning to put these two stages onto the area where camping area C is located at the moment. This way they want to reduce the overlapping of the sound of the main stages and the smaller ones and have more room for the crowd in front of stage.
At the place where WET-Stage is, they are planning to build a "lounge" (whatever that exactly is) and an......ehm.......grandstand? or whatever the right translation for the German word "Tribüne" is. An elevated place where you can sit down to have a look at the stages.

Put your opinion down in this thread: http://forum.wacken.com/showthread.php?t=128828

Oh, and whoever takes part in the poll or the discussions in those two threads has the chance to win one of these prizes:

10 x W-O-A History Book
10 x W-O-A Dreamgirls Calendar
10 x W-O-A DVD
10 x W-O-A T-Shirts
50 x Poster 2007

There is nothing more to say except:

The dreamgirl calendar is a nightmare calendar: mainly skinny chicks with too less of everything

and:

kate should eat more, too.

Another resume.

Ticketprizes will not rise this year (even if VAT % in Germany is going from 16% to 19% from Jan. 1). Tickets for 3 days will cost €72 plus 7€ presale fee = 79€, and 20€ for the rest. (camping/parking/garbage etc) To be paid wenn ou buy the ticket. (in presale that is)

No more paying in Wacken itself.

And the party stage will go bit more to the east. So no sound overflow or sound mixtures whatsoever. (that's what the German news is saying on www.wacken.com)

This in case someone starts asking once again! :D
