I've quite numerous times already
But this is the first time I'm doing sports in about 12 years orso, so maybe that helps
quitting isn't the problem, the starting again is the problem

That is a good reason. It's hardest for me when I am between jobs to go anywhere. I have a bad habit of just staying in my house, it's rather depressing.
I got a burn out, so I had to stop drinking alcohol and try to relax more and stuff like that, and since alcohol is usually the reason why I start smoking again I decided that this might be the right time to stop. so I did.
I probably will, and I have no idea what will happen smokingwise. but we'll see.
but while sporting I'm reminded every time that I shouldn't smoke, I'm already gasping for air half of the time
Yep! I know how that is Just be happy you don't have someone nagging at you to stop. It's easier to just do it when no one is there to bother you or make you feel bad if you start again.
That will get better really fast. After 1 month I already felt like being able to breath easier when working out.
Well I'm off to the gym. See ya later!!
