it becomes increasingly obvious that it would be totally usless to ask any of you guys for a loan if i got stuck at the festival at Wacken without any money!!!

I'll try to take with me enough money next year to avoid having to stand in line at the ATM machine, that line was just not any fun at all...

But hey, I guess first of all I'll have to get the money so that I can go at all, after that I can worry about bringing extra cash

But to repeat myself, and to give a word of warning to those that have not yet been to Wacken: Take more maoney (cash, in Euro) than you think you're going to spend!
The line for the ATM is HUGE, and you'll end up missing a lot of bands if you need to stand there to get cash.
Also, if you only bring cash for food and drinks, try to keep in mind that there will be tons of stuff for sale that you'll probably want to buy.
I was surprised, but if one keeps that in mind and are determined from the start not to but a lot of things, maybe one can survive on the money one brings, I didn't...
