What was the VERY first Metal album you bought

no need to be ashamed of old sins... I started with GNR and Skid Row, too. And my first self-bought album was Scorpions - "Crazy World". Sold it later to a friend of mine...

I guess thinking back, my first metal albums were:

Anthrax - Persistence of Time
Queensryche - Operation Mindcrime
Bad Religion - Recipe for Hate (do they count??)

all on tape.. Good buys, cause I still like all of the albums, although have the top 2 on CD at this stage..
