We are 7people arriving hamburg at 2130, august the second.
Is there any way to get from hamburg to wacken that late at night?

And does anyone know prices?

we don't mind taking a maxi taxi, but we dont know how much we should be prepared to pay..

From Hamburg (HH) to Itzehoe (IZ)
From your point of depart, I don't know.
The Deutsche Bahn (German railways) have a "Länderticket" Schlesswig-Hollstein for €27,- for max. 5 persons, and a single trip from HH-Altona to IZ for €9,80 (approx) =€27+19.60=46.60 for 7)
Taxi IZ-Wacken is approx. €25 to €30.
