Blind Guradian for sure. Stratovarius or Iced Earth would also be cool since they are both relesing or have recently released an album.

Or Edguy?

If the rumors for Blood Red Throne, Unleashed and Abysmal Torment are real, all complaints I've had about this years Wacken I will gladly take back. I already think the line-up is pretty decent actually, but if those 3 get added the line-up would be great.

agreed. insidious disease and nervecell aren't bad at all either, but again they are not larger-name death metal acts. It would at least bring my opinion of Wacken out of the red, announcing coheed and cambria is another let down.

I'm not far from thinking the line-up is almost decent, but "decent" is not enough for a 130€ 20th anniversary !
so yeah, bring on BRT & Unleashed !
