Does anyone know whether or not it is possible to buy tickets at the festival or if it is only possible to buy in advance? Is there any other place in germany where you can buy the tickets (perhaps on the way there - postal offices or something) ?

it´s both possible, but it´s cheaper to buy them in advance. But not at post offices!! You can buy them at Remedy records in Hamburg for example - but I think that depends on the date you arrive!

Thanks. Do you know how much it costs to buy tickets at the festival? Taking in account that buying from metaltix will be an extra 4,5 Euros for shipping and one weeks deliverytime, which is almost too late for me, buying it at the festival might be the best solution...

I´ve heard about 20 EUR extra fee... pretty much on my opinion... maybe you could ask the guys at Remedy/Hamburg (www.remedyrecords.de) or Hellion /Itzehoe (http://www.hellionrecords.de) if they still sell tickets when you arrive (in case you will visit in Hamburg or Itzehoe at all)

dont order last minute tickets with metalix

if you are looking for a last minute tricket don t count on metallix ,it takes them more than 3 weeks to send you your tickets

Banshee just told me... I completely forgot about it... there´s also a ticket shop in Hamburg main station! Wacken tickets should be available there as well!
