Skyclad are pleased to announce a series of European dates for spring 2006.
Shows confirmed so far are:

19.02.06 - Sunday - Portugal - Porto - HC Rio
24.02.06 - Friday - Spain - Irun - Tunk
25.02.06 - Saturday - Spain - Vigo - Iguana
09.04.06 - Sunday - France - Paris - L'Espace Curial
12.04.06 - Wednesday - Italy - Naples - Duel Beat
21.04.06 - Friday - Germany - Giessen - Jokus
22.04.06 - Saturday - Germany - Merseburg - Gasometer

More dates are planned around these shows and will be announced shortly.

The band are also to have a special tour EP ready for the April tour which will feature a brand new recording of the instrumental track 'Jig-a-Jig' along with the songs 'The Roman Wall Blues', 'They think it's all over - well is it now?' and 'Mr Malaprope' from the ASON sessions. This EP will not be in the shop's it will only be available from our webshop and on tour.

Meanwhile the band are also working on a new album which is to be recorded over the summer and released before the end of the year.

Da würde ich evtl. horos hinschleppen damit der auch endlich mal Skyclad sieht...

Die letzten Einzelkonzerte waren glaube ich noch zu DM- Zeiten. Datt is soo lang her, ich kann mich nicht erinnern. Obwohl warte, ich hab die im White House Pub in Derby gesehen. Das hat glaube ich 5 Britische Pfund oder so gekostet...

Abgesehen davon muß ich da irgendwo hin. Wenn nix anners kommt dann Gießen. Watt solls...

5th February 2006 - A New Recording Contract

We are very pleased to announce that we have just signed a new recording deal with Black Lotus records who are based in Athens, Greece. The band is keen to build upon the success of 'A Semblance Of Normality' and feel that the partnership with Black Lotus will help us progress both here in Europe and further afield.

The band is currently writing new material that is to be recorded during the summer with the view to releasing the first album with Black Lotus by the end of the year. For further updates check back here or visit:

5th February 2006 - Release Party For Our New EP

We are pleased to announce that we will be adding a special 'home town' show to our extensive European tour, the show has been added to celabrate the release of our new EP which will be available on the night, so if you want to hear this before anyone else get yourself along to The Cluny, Newcastle upon Tyne on Saturday March 18th and have a good old Jig a Jig with the Clad.

We have planed for this gig to be 'free entry' but, as the Cluny is a fairly small and intimate sort of show, places will be limited. To book your place all you have to do is e-mail us at skyclad.info@virgin.net and we will get back to you with details, don't forget to put all the names of the guests that will be coming to the show in the mail.

naja, wenns für mich viel näher wäre als Merseburg, wärs schon ein Wunder.
Is nur doof, weil ich wahrscheinlich allein fahren müsste, und das wird dann etwas teuer mitm Sprit.

Ansonsten isses halt nur arschweit. 200 km oder so einfach. 400 km, das macht gleich nochmal 40 Euro Sprit.
Ansonsten fallen mir grad net so viele Leute ein für die das das Richtige wär.

also ich fahr nach hamburg, auch knapp 200 km, lohnt sich imho auf jeden fall... bin auch schon 500 km nach stuttgart und karlsruhe runter und habs nie bereut
