Do you think bands aren't allowed to confirm Wacken dates before being confirmed officially by the organizers?

Usually the Kill website is really good about not posting tour dates until confirmed. I was thinking they would be a no brainer to play Wacken since they have a new album coming out and havent played wacken in 3 years.
