Describe what is happening. i might be able to help.
The modem is plugged in with a usb socket and a rj11 cable and the rj11 goes direct into a filter and then the filter goes into a extension lead with also the phone lead plugged into the filter too
that runs all the way downstairs and the extension cable runs into another phone socket filter
that filter then plugs into the telephone socket
i press connect and is says its disconnected..
and im well confused
