Sorry to post here but I need someone German that knows the area. I am going to Wacken and my pregnant girfriend want to go but I wan here to stay in a hotel by the super market (across from the church) in the main town. what is the name of that place? I looked at the hotels listed in the main web page but some look far like Itzhoe and Elmsford, I need something walking distance came some help? Danke!!

Apartment for rent!!
Hi,
I have an apartment for rent. It´s up to 4 persons, just renovated, about 15 minutes (by car) away from Wacken in the town called Wilster. It will cost par example 50,-€ for 2 persons a night, depending on how many persons and nights.
We also have a taxi-business, so if you need transportation, let me know.

As the thread starter spoke about walking distance, I think you should mention the fact that you mean 15 minutes DRIVING and that wilster is not much if even closer to Wacken than Itzehoe...
