German film name help please

Hello it's me again

Last year while I was in Germany (around Wacken) a funny German film was shown on tv here. When my father taped it, he cut off the bit with the name and now I'm searching for the name.

Now, I thought it was called Girls, girls, girls but no internet search engine is helping me.

1. Comedy - my father and I cried at times from laughter
2. Main character is a girl with long curly/frizzy-ish blonde hair. A teenager entering sexual maturity
3. Outstanding scenes in movie:
Main character has her first orgasm while riding her pushbike.
rsehole guy is given a handful of viagra and has a lot of trouble pissing at a night club only to piss all over the walls, ceiling and himself.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any idea what it's called?

another tip for the future---I saw the trailer for a new German (?) film called Night of the living losers ... a zombie parody in a teenie scenario... very nice: while petting the guy loses his balls because he is already dead what the girl doesn't know ...
