So we all come from different countries and different parts of the world with different alcoholic specialties! I've heard about some alcohol-trading at last year's WOA (particularly Rosk's Mezcal delivery), and I think it's a trend we need to continue!

So post your wants, and what you can offer!

Me?

I'm looking for fine doppel (or more! triple? quad?) bock beers, and ABSINTHE

And if anyone's a bourbon fan, let me know...We've got all the good ones here!

I thought "real" absinthe was still legal & available in some countries? (forget which, if any) Oh well. :( We have fake "absinthe" here, but that's no fun.

Sweden's got a couple of good vodkas, I think. I had one called Thor's Hammer once which was fantastic...

Well I've got my hands on a recepy for Mead that I'm thinking about making, might be able to make some before Wacken.

It should be stored for over 6 months though, but might be enough with 5 so we can taste it :)

I've found that mead is drinkable after 3 months, but it's pretty sweet. It doesn't become dry until after a year (!!) or so. I'm starting a batch this weekend, hope to have it ready for some summer parties! :D

Do you add yeast to it or just let it ferment on its own?

Got it from a book filled with recepies of making stuff with herbs and such.
In there they tell you to add yeast.
