    I've heard plenty worse in black metal. Gorgoroth is very good at what they do, and from what I hear amazing live, but I can understand why they're not a favorite for many. There's plenty black metal bands who are much better :p

    That's the one! And no, Gorgoroth is a band I hope for WOA 2010. :D The new album is coming out either end of this year or next, so just in time, especially with the new Infernus based lineup.

    Yeah, heathenfest is amazing. 4 bands on the bill I would be interested in seeing (well..I've seen Belphegor twice now, and they played the exact sets, so they're not a priority, but their live sound is always exciting!), and the last I don't even know how they sound. Can't wait...

    To each their own I guess. I like grindcore to an extent. I can't listen to it non-stop usually, but I do like a decent amount of grindcore bands, especially the ones more punk based, or that sound similar to older bands like Napalm Death, Repulsion, Terrorizer, and Carcass! :D Not a big...

    Yeah, so far the announcement of Immortal give me high hopes. There's some buzz going around that Blind Guardian and Manowar are likely, in which case that will make up for these other bands, but I've also heard the likes of Rammstein and Machine Head as well...which would be very disappointing...

    I dunno much about this topic, but I REALLY hope that Metallica does not get on the bill... Since this will be my first Wacken if all goes well, I'd hope to see memorable bands I haven't seen, not bands I can see in my country whenever I want for half the price of a Wacken ticket.

    What reason is there for this? Only once have I heard about poor security members abusing their power. Most of the time they just ensure crowd control and public safety for the venue. It doesn't make the band more badass by trying to fuck with the people that are just there doing a job.
