Why don't you guys take a plane to Hamburg, they're pretty cheap. Coaches travel between Wacken and Itzehoe, guess you'll have to take a train from the airport, or share a cab... -

I've actually lived a couple of years in Tokyo and I can say this much, the younger people and most of the older one do speak, or at least understand english but usually they are too shy.
